Install the app

Start from the veterinary setup
In Setup, on the Get started tab, choose Veterinary clinic, or describe your clinic in a sentence. You get people, requests, rooms, room states, and a floor plan to adjust: rename the doctors, add Surgery or Kennels, remove what you do not need.
Set the sound on each device
Choose a gentle chime in staff areas and visual-only alerts in quiet spaces. Test volume from the rooms next door.
Send, receive, and acknowledge
Send an example from reception. Ask the recipient to acknowledge it. Confirm both sides can see the update and understand what it means.
Rehearse a normal clinic day
Test Wi-Fi coverage, app permissions, screen lock, and background behavior. Make sure every team member knows the fallback if a device or connection is unavailable.
